Genesis Molecular Dynamics Simulator – v0.11
Watch atoms and molecules come to life in real time.
See gas turn into liquid droplets, droplets freeze into crystals, gravity sort an atmosphere into layers, and explore real molecules like water, benzene, and CO₂ with proper VSEPR shapes and bond angles.
What’s inside right now
-Ionic Compounds (Crystals naturally form)
- Phase transitions (gas → liquid → solid)
- Beautiful molecule visualizations
- Narrated tutorials for the main forces & concepts
Current status
Very early version (v0.11)
Expect bugs, missing features, and rough edges — but the core sim already looks and feels amazing.
Controls quick start
- WASD = move
- Right mouse drag = look/orbit
- SPACE = pause/resume
- Q / + button = add molecules
Feedback welcome!
This is a passion project — tell me what breaks, what’s cool, what you want next.
Thank you for trying it out!
